New JM Template: Online Event Attendee


If you've ever organized or hosted an online event, you know that sometimes things don't go as planned. Sound and time-related issues, a keynote speaker who’s 10 minutes late, a wrong Zoom link that event participants accidentally received — these are some of the problems that can ruin an online event experience. To help you avoid such issues and ensure that everything will run smoothly, we've prepared a new template together with our event guru Yulia Busel, who’s responsible for all the UXPressia’s events (some of which you’ll find here).

This template will help you understand how your attendees interact with you before, during, and after the event. You’ll learn some of the problems you might face and get some tried and tested tips on how to provide a great event experience by putting visitors at the center of your event.
