Tips:

  • Create persona profiles first. Include them in your prompt to give the map more depth and make the output more specific to your audience. Don't have time to create personas yourself? AI generation works for personas as well 😉 And if you provide enough context, you’ll get multiple personas at once.
  • You can visualize the journeys of several personas and quickly compare their experiences.

Pro tip: The more details you provide in the journey prompt, the more insightful your map will be. Though selecting a persona is optional, having it will end up with more relatable results.
