This Christmas season, the holiday spirit overwhelmed us, and we came up with a special gift for you — a Christmas customer journey template.
We built the map around Liam Smith, a 6-year-old boy. He who writes a letter to Santa, calls Santa’s hotline, prepares his home for Santa’s arrival, tries to catch Santa while he delivers gifts, and eventually unwraps his gifts with the family. And there’s a miracle at the end of the story.
