You probably can’t make the exhibits in your museum come to life at night, however, there is still plenty of ways to improve the customer experience and excite the visitors.
To help you visualize the customer journey that your visitors go through at your facility, we have created this CJM template for museums. It already has some common touchpoints for museums, but you can throw in some of your own and dive right into the mapping.
Building a customer journey map will highlight the areas within the museum building and outside of it where you can take the UX to the next level.
